Grief Yoga is a heart-centered, healing practice that gently invites you to move through the layers of grief, loss, and unspoken emotions in a safe and supportive space. Whether you're navigating the pain of death, estrangement, a life transition, or unspoken sorrow—this class offers a sacred place to honor your journey.
Grief Yoga blends dance , movement, intentional breath work, yoga postures, and sound to support emotional release and inner restoration. You’ll be guided through somatic tools that help move stagnant energy, while holding space for stillness, reflection, and grace.
