20 Minute Grief Yoga (Free) Saturdays 10am-1020am

Take 20 minutes out your day to find a little peace, liberation and maybe some empowerment to learn and experience what movement, breath, sound and yoga can do when you are processings the feelings of grief. This a virtual class. All you need is a mat, blanket, rug, or towel.

Join us for a welcoming afternoon centered on healing, reflection, and meaningful connection.

This Open House introduces Healing & Motion, a therapeutic wellness practice offering grief-informed yoga, counseling services, and restorative support for adults of all genders. The Legacy Studio is designed as a calm, inclusive space for those navigating grief, loss, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm.

Guests will enjoy light refreshments, a gentle chair-based wellness session, guided journaling for reflection, and opportunities to learn about upcoming grief yoga classes, therapy services, and community offerings. No prior yoga experience is required.

Come as you are. Stay as long as you need.

Grief Yoga is a heart-centered, healing practice that gently invites you to move through the layers of grief, loss, and unspoken emotions in a safe and supportive space. Whether you're navigating the pain of death, estrangement, a life transition, or unspoken sorrow—this class offers a sacred place to honor your journey.

Each class in this fall series blends gentle movement, intentional breathwork, restorative postures, and sound to support emotional release and inner restoration. You’ll be guided through somatic tools that help move stagnant energy, while holding space for stillness, reflection, and grace.

✨ This class is accessible for every body—whether you're on a mat or in a chair. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Come as you are.

Grounding breathwork and meditation

Gentle and restorative yoga (chair-based or mat-based options)

Opportunities for journaling and reflection
