This 75-minute class is a healing journey designed to help you process and release the grief stored in your body. Whether you're navigating the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or even a former version of yourself, this class offers a safe space to move through the emotions we carry.

Using a combination of gentle yoga, intentional breathwork, expressive dance, and soothing sound therapy, you'll be guided to connect with your body, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit. This series is for anyone seeking a holistic approach to grief, offering tools for both emotional release and renewal.

No prior yoga or dance experience is needed—just come as you are, ready to breathe, release, and rediscover your inner peace. Chair option is available.
