
Sacred Release: Grief Yoga Experience
This gentle, trauma-informed experience is designed to support individuals navigating grief, loss, and life transitions.
Grief Yoga combines yoga, sound, movement, breath, and guided emotional expression—including elements of dance—to help release stored tension in the body and create space for healing. This practice is not about forgetting. It is about honoring your story while finding moments of peace, connection, and liberation.
You are invited to move at your own pace in a safe and supportive environment where all emotions are welcome.
No yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome.
Please bring a mat, water, journal, firm pillow and anything that brings you comfort.
